Our services are provided by highly educated licensed professionals with extensive experience in real estate investments and property management, as well as the related fields of tax and accounting.
Our tax and accounting backgrounds have taught us that it’s all about the details, down to the penny. Many property management companies overlook the little details, or ignore what they perceive as burdensome rules and regulations. That’s not our style. These kinds of oversights can, and often do, lead to increased expense and liability for property owners. We pride ourselves on the attention we pay to details, which sets us apart.
Zack Miller is the President and Designated Realtor of PMI Thames River. For nearly a decade, he worked as an Electrical Controls Engineer specializing in industrial automation and robotics. This experience gave him a broad skill set in discovering inefficiencies and a keen mind for problem solving that he plans to use to help benefit property owners, investors, and residents.
Originally from Waterford, CT, Zack has been a member of New London County for his entire life. This community has presented him with excellent opportunities, experiences, and an amazing outlook on life that he wants to use to give back in the form of optimized property management for owners and investors and an improved level of care that residents deserve.
Jason Archer, MBA is the President and Designated Broker of Experience Property Group Inc. A U.S. Air Force veteran with an MBA in Operations Management, he combines over a decade of property management experience with Fortune 500 leadership to deliver trusted, results-driven real estate services across Connecticut.
